I returned this order on my birthday March 6, 2025. It was delivered/returned on March 10. Please see verification of delivery via FedEx. Please return the money that I paid for this purchase.

I have not received a reply to the emails that I have sent previously I only received one reply, which asked me to include the order number which is listed above. My order was delivered on time but the size was too big as expected so I need to return it and get a size that will fit that's the reason for this return and please don't delay my return because I need it asap for the purpose I bought it for that is is to wear it. I will need a return email as to get update on my package

i have been texting true religion about my package since december 13th. my package is sitting in the same location.

fedex told me to contact shipper i did and they keep telling me to call back in 3days and they will call fedex.

the agents on the text app are super rude. they lied and will not contact fedex im going to upload the conversation and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm pissed off. I've been ordering with True Religion for a while and never had a problem until now.

I've been trying to contact them but nobody answers the phone. What they could do better is to have a customer service number where customers can reach them.

I was trying to order from app it charged my card didn't give me a confirmation to the order can someone find my order or refund me back because I didn't receive any confirmation

I have not received my refund. It has been over 3 weeks.

Dianna was very rude and unprofessional this morning. She seems to have a very nasty attitude, and her customer service was horrible to the point that I don't want to shop at the Grand Prairie, TX location anymore.

She opened the store a couple of minutes late as my granddaughter and I, along with another customer, were standing at the door; she only unlocked the door and walked away. I spoke to her, and she just looked at me with no response. I spend a lot of money with this company, but I can definitely take my business elsewhere. Never have I experienced this type of behavior when I go to this location.

Dianna needs someone to train her on customer service, and to top it off, she said she was the manager. I will definitely give her a bad review.

I'm just wanting to return items for correct size. Needed to talk to a live person for directions.

I spent over $600 shopping online for Christmas gifts. Five of the items did not work out either to small or to large so after Christmas.

I go through the process of returning the items for exchange purposes only. After given instructions that I could make the returns @ the local store to drive there only to be told that I cannot exchange the items there & that I would have to ship back to warehouse. So in order to return to warehouse you have to get a return label from True Religion you have to email the customer service I got no response so after researching other options I found a number that u can Tex which was with Tru Bots (a Robot). After going thur all of this to be told that I could not return the five item for exchange because it had been delivered past 30 days when I explained that the items were Christmas gifts & that the thirty days had not expired yet they told me that they were sorry for any inconvenience but they would not be able to process me a return label.

I love true religion but will not shop online with this business to the return policy, the inconvenience of returning the items for exchange purposes and for the type of money that I spent I prefer to now do business elsewhere.

Every store that I have shopped @ allowed exchanges or refunds for Christmas items passed 30 days & not according to a delivery date. Buyers please Beware Before Ordering Online with True Religion

I ordered online on Dec 6th and my order was shipped on Dec 9th. FedEx said my package would arrive on Dec 13th and I still haven't received my order.

I've contacted True Religion several times via the text app and email and they will not call FedEx to have my package expedited. I'm very saddened and disappointed because I was really anticipating getting my order. I caught a great sale. The online ordering process is horrible and you can't get any help from the customer service via text.

I really just want my items. It's 2 days before Christmas and I'm extremely disappointed with True Religion.

I haven't received my pants and shirt I ordered nobody ring bell this is a multifamily building I'm waiting for my pants shirt also awaiting my belt I donot see nothing that says where it's at
