Absolutely the worst service. Spent $800 on merchandise for them to send me defective clothes with ripped pockets stitched together.

They need to bring customer service representatives back so that you can speak with them.

I will not be ordering anything else from them. This is the worst experience ever dealing with this company.

Emailed company. They did not respond for almost a week.

They claim fraud is something they don't take lightly however they refuse to send me a copy of the invoice I had to have my credit card canceled and reissued.

I spent over a week updating auto pays etc. I was in hospital at time of purchase

My current Visa card statement shows a charge on 12/9/2025 to True Religion eCom for $164. I am very unfamiliar with your company.

Plus, I was at the hospital in surgery from 6 AM until after 4 PM. What is this charge for?

Suspicious charge

Company refuses to send the invoice regarding the order. They claim it is security-related despite my card being used for the sale.

I was in hospital having surgery the day of the order. I have never heard of this company nor wear their products. Had to have my card canceled and reissued.

Took several days to receive and yhen update autovpays subscriptions etc. Still waiting for bank to solve

The company will not reply to emails. I had to call the bank.
